At Solomon Dental Management, our dedication to service extends far beyond the walls of our dental practices. We are deeply rooted in the Summerville community and believe in the power of giving back. Our commitment to community outreach is driven by a simple yet profound belief: we care about the people around us and prioritize making a positive impact in as many ways as possible.
Roses In Concrete (RIC) is more than just a nonprofit organization to us—it's a beacon of hope and growth. With its 501(c)(3) status, RIC provides essential curriculum-based mentorship focusing on self-advocacy, workplace readiness, post-secondary education, and career readiness. We are honored to support RIC's mission, and our own Dr. Zac Carnevale takes pride in personally distributing school supplies to children in need within our community. In these efforts, we are not just sponsors but active participants. Pictured above are Dr. Jason Solomon's children alongside RIC founder Cyrus Birch III, embodying the spirit of community service that we cherish.
We are a proud sponsor of She Tris, an organization with a mission close to our hearts. She Tris creates a welcoming and supportive triathlon environment for women and girls of all experience levels. Their work aligns with our values of health, empowerment, and community. Celebrating the winner of our donated raffle prize, we continue to cheer on these incredible athletes who inspire us with their determination and strength.
Our involvement with local schools is a cornerstone of our community outreach. We proudly sponsor educational institutions by providing essential dental supplies such as toothbrushes, floss, and toothpaste. Our goal is to ignite a passion for dental hygiene in children, emphasizing that it is not just a routine but an important life skill.

Tama Martello, our Director of Hygiene, has been immersed in the dental world for over 35 years. Her father was a dentist, and she worked alongside him, managing the front desk, serving as a certified dental assistant, and then attending hygiene school. She has been a licensed dental hygienist for 27 years now. Tama has also held the Regional Operations Manager role and consulted on best practices across the country. She possesses a deep passion for the dental industry and excels in connecting with patients, doctors, and team members.
