Our Journey

Welcome to Solomon Dental Management, where our commitment to excellence in dental care is as deep-rooted as our history. Our story began in 1979 when Dr. Fred Solomon opened the doors of Solomon Family Dentistry in the Sangaree location. With a vision to fill the gap in quality patient care within the community, Dr. Solomon set out to create a practice that was as patient-focused as it was dedicated to excellence. His belief in being readily available for patients has been a cornerstone of our practice, exemplified by his work ethic—Dr. Fred Solomon still passionately serves our community six days a week.

Our Philosophy

At Solomon Dental Management, we firmly believe that the foundation of great patient care is built upon the quality of our employees. Recognizing this, we have committed ourselves to not only attract but also retain the finest dental professionals in the industry. Our approach is simple yet profound: provide our employees with the utmost level of care, and they will, in turn, extend the same to our patients.

What Makes Us Unique

That's why we've established a work and financial structure that acknowledges the worth of each team member. Our competitive compensation, benefits, and supportive work environment lead to industry-low turnover rates. We don't just offer jobs; we build careers and nurture growth.

Our Culture

The culture at Solomon Dental Management is one of mutual care and respect. We treat our employees like family because they are family. This culture extends beyond the walls of our offices and into the lives of our team members and their families. We celebrate successes together, support each other through challenges, and always strive for what is best for our collective well-being.

Our Commitment

Our commitment is two-fold: to our employees and our patients. We pledge to provide an environment where our staff can thrive professionally and personally, ensuring they have the tools, training, and support needed to excel. To our patients, we promise to maintain the highest standards of dental care, offering a compassionate, skilled, and consistent experience every time they visit.

Tama Martello, RDH

Head of Hygiene & Compliance

Tama Martello, our Director of Hygiene, has been immersed in the dental world for over 35 years.
