Front Desk Coordinator
Role Description
As the Front Desk Coordinator at Solomon Dental Management, you are the initial contact point for our patients, setting the stage for an exceptional patient experience. Your role is crucial in managing our daily operations, from greeting and checking in patients to notifying providers of patient arrivals.

Minimum Qualifications

- A proven track record of excellent customer relationship skills, with the ability to foster a welcoming and efficient environment for our patients.
- The ability to multitask effectively, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to work well under pressure.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation of the front office:
- Professionally and courteously answer, assist, and direct all incoming telephone calls to appropriate parties. This includes managing the office voicemail and returning calls promptly.
- Handle clerical duties with precision, such as scanning documents, emailing x-rays and referrals, and maintaining meticulous office records.
- Utilize applicable software programs to generate prescriptions and create essential business documents, including new and updated patient paperwork and medical histories.
- Provide steadfast administrative support across various tasks as needed.
- Verify patient insurance details, schedule treatment plans as proposed by dental professionals, and arrange appointments for new patients and recall visits.
- Diligently follow up with patients who have unscheduled proposed treatments, ensuring follow-ups are done within a month's timeframe.
- Collect patient portions of payments due at the time of service with accuracy and professionalism.
- Execute End Of Day, End Of Month, and End Of Year reports as required to maintain office organization and readiness.
